FMEC laboratory can assist you in the road to compliance with the essential requirements for this directive (RED) whether it be with advice, assessments or for pre-compliance measurements before final testing or consultation at a RED notified body. We offer radiated output power measurements and spurious emissions testing as well as EMC tests for radio equipment (ETSI EN 301 498-xx). With our Beuhler grinder polisher we can make sleeves to test the metallurgic and mechanical quality of the pcb’s. A sleeve beautifully shows whether all drill holes are exactly aligned and if IPC norms are met to the letter. It’s a special service our clients appreciate very much. Our preferred factories also use this service for tests during their R & D process. Before launching a new prototype, we all want to be 100% sure of a flawless and consistent performance. An accurate test can make all the difference.

Starting from our 3D scanning services we can also offer personalized inspection templates that visualize the dimensional quality of your parts. We will always combine a graphical report with a spreadsheet, and can further customize upon your needs. In case you have your own scanning equipment we can deliver the templates for a more efficient workflow at your facilities.
