REDFIT SKEDD CRIMP CONNECTOR
The REDFIT Crimp SKEDD connector can be used flexibly in mechanically and electrically demanding applications. It is mounted directly onto the printed circuit board by hand, eliminating the need for both the soldering process and a mating connector. SKEDD technology can supply current of up to 16 A to fully SMT-populated PCBs. Depending on the layout, mounting in the opposite insertion direction is also possible.

Reverse Engineering
By scanning your product, we first digitise the existing object, which will be later on converted into a CAD model. Reverse engineering is one of our main services that we offer. Starting from the scandata we always try to stay as close to the actual existing model as possible. This way we can help our customers f.e. setting up a spare part library or creating digital twins.

Easy to access controls with an I/O interface including SATA, USB, Ethernet, graphics, GPIO, audio, and serial supporting a wide variety of legacy connections by default for a wide variety of needs at a glance.
Robustness testing (HALT)
Highly Accelerated Lifetime Testing (HALT) has proven its use over the last decades in the development of robust products that typically find their use in harsh environments. It found its origin in military, space and automotive industries. The intention of the test is to sTimulate failures due to wear and tear rather than simulating them. A well-performed HALT test will shorten the time-to-market, reduce warranty costs and most important, make the product more robust. The HALT process is typically applied on pre-production samples to find failures in a short time by applying incrementally increasing extreme stresses. These stresses are most commonly thermal and vibrational shocks which are sequentially applied according predefined test courses. FMEC has over 19 years of experience in HALT testing.

Self-authoring training capabilities
In the process industry around 75% of training happens on-the-job or from worker to co-worker. With the solutions of CHENEXT, you can design and create very easy your own training and have your colleagues learn in VR, MR or AR. They can even take it with them in AR if they feel insecure the first time they execute the task.
