In this role, you are responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the HR policy within the organization. You establish processes and tools and ensure their effective application. Additionally, you encourage employee development by organizing training and education. You lead HR, Facility and Reception and serve as a key sparring partner for the Board and managers. You are also involved in the entire onboarding process, from recruitment to ensuring a smooth start for new employees. You play an active role in the absenteeism policy and manage the personnel administration together with your HR colleague. For this role, we are looking for an experienced HR professional with a Bachelors degree, strategic insight, and a hands-on mentality. You are a team player, proactive, and ready for the next step.
We are looking for an: Assistant Controller
In this position, you work as an Assistant Controller and are jointly responsible for a wide range of financial and administrative tasks. You manage a small team of two employees and deal with, among other things, financial administration, production administration and accounts payable and receivable management. Additionally, you handle payroll administration, prepare management information, and are responsible for VAT returns and CBS submissions. Together with your team, you execute the planning and control cycle and monitor the budget. You also prepare the annual accounts in collaboration with the auditor. The position offers a high degree of independence and room for development, with opportunities for advancement to Financial Controller. You have a higher professional education (HBO) degree, relevant experience, and work accurately and in a structured manner.
