What will you do?
You’ll start your day with a cup of coffee and review the incoming quote requests. Sometimes they are variations of known wire harnesses, other times new designs. You’ll examine the drawings, think along about production, and improve where possible. Together with your colleagues, you’ll work on challenging recalculations and provide quotes where necessary. When the commercial aspects are settled and the customer has decided to place an order, you’ll create clear work and quality instructions for production. You’ll guide the production process and see your work come to life!

Additionally, you encourage employee development by organizing training and education. You lead HR, Facility and Reception and serve as a key sparring partner for the Board and managers. You are also involved in the entire onboarding process, from recruitment to ensuring a smooth start for new employees. You play an active role in the absenteeism policy and manage the personnel administration together with your HR colleague.
