Clem produceert kunststof vormstukken voor de behuizing van de Zeal Runner, een autonome mobiele robot die samenwerkt met magazijnpersoneel om orderafhandeling en goederentransport te stroomlijnen. Door de loopafstanden en fysieke belasting aanzienlijk te verminderen, verbetert het de toegankelijkheid en werktevredenheid. Met een superieure laadcapaciteit en nauwkeurige navigatie zet de Zeal Runner een nieuwe maatstaf in magazijnautomatisering. De onderdelen voor de behuizing van de Zeal Runner worden bij Clem vervaardigd in ABS, een veelzijdig thermoplastisch polymeer dat veel wordt gebruikt bij thermovormen vanwege zijn duurzaamheid, slagvastheid en eenvoudige verwerking. De vormstukken worden bij Clem 5-assig CNC gefreesd en bevestigd op metalen structuren die een snelle en eenvoudige montage op het chassis van deze robot toelaten. Door deze pre-assemblage bij Clem wordt de behuizing pasklaar aangeleverd. Bij Clem leveren we niet alleen producten, wij leveren precisie, innovatie en kwaliteit. De ultracompacte IPC C6015 is universeel inzetbaar voor automatiserings-, visualisatie- en communicatietaken en daarmee ook voor op EtherCAT gebaseerde toepassingen. U ontvangt per email een bevestiging van het aangevraagde component met een ticketnummer. Novatrace maakt het symbool, footprint en indien gewenst verzorgen wij ook een 3D model en database-entry alsmede een eindcontrole op alle gegevens. Als het aangevraagde CAD part gereed is voor gebruik ontvangt u wederom een bevestiging. De gegevens worden door ons veilig opgeslagen, waarvan dagelijks een back-up wordt gemaakt.
