YODA: MOBILITEIT De elektrische bromfietservaring hervormen: Yoda is een hybride elektrische motorfiets ontworpen voor stedelijke gebieden. De motorfiets staat op het punt om de manier waarop we door de stad rijden helemaal te veranderen en biedt een dynamische oplossing die milieubewustzijn, efficiëntie en stijl combineert. De Yoda Bike speelt in op een dringende behoefte in stedelijke gebieden - de vraag naar een duurzame en plezierige vorm van transport. Dankzij zijn lichtheid en wendbaarheid is het een harmonieuze samensmelting van de wendbaarheid van een fiets en de kracht van een bromfiets, waardoor alledaagse ritten kinderspel worden. Wat het onderscheidt is de toewijding aan gebruikersgericht ontwerp. Met een gewicht van slechts 24 kg garandeert het een wendbare rit door drukke straten, terwijl het een autonomie van 70 km biedt op één enkele lading. De aluminium structuur combineert minimalisme, duurzaamheid en biedt robuustheid terwijl het een futuristische esthetiek omarmt. Deze innovatie is het resultaat van nauwgezet onderzoek en ontwikkeling, gedreven door de wens om bij te dragen aan de toekomst van mobiliteit. Bij de creatie werden gebruikersgewoonten en marktbehoeften bestudeerd, wat resulteerde in een ontwerp dat naadloos aansluit bij het hectische ritme van het moderne leven. Sundo is making skin cancer prevention simple and accessible with smart, free sunscreen dispensers at all kinds of public locations. While the first dispensers were made from flat sheet material to keep initial costs low, the new Solido dispenser takes a leap forward with a one-piece thermoformed design. This makes the dispenser stronger, more durable, and built for intensive use. Clem NV helped selecting the right plastic sheet material with a focus on chemical resistance, hygiene and temperature range, and advised in the design regarding material, production and tooling costs. Another example of a sustainable and functional application of thermoformed plastics!

For Billards Toulet – a market leader in luxury gaming tables – Clem produces custom-made plastic components for their line of premium pool and foosball tables. These sleek outer shells are vacuum formed in ABS/PMMA, combining the robust mechanical qualities of ABS with the glossy, high-end finish of PMMA. Perfect for shaping – and perfect for standing out. Thyssenkrupp & Roehm supplied the premium cast acrylic – the foundation of this project. Clem NV handled the precision work: milling, threading, polishing, and finishing all acrylic parts to perfection. Piano's Maene was responsible for the design and final assembly of the piano. The result? A transparent piano that doesn’t just play – it tells a story of innovation, craftsmanship, and collaboration.
