Manufacturing of low-volume and prototypes by injection moulding is the core business of Guru Plastics.
Our COMPLETE IN-HOUSE facility includes, engineering offices, IN-HOUSE mould-shop that manufacture on average 100 moulds à year, and a injection moulding workshop with all the finishing equipment’s needed. (inserts, ultrasonic, 2K overmoulding etc.)
This enables us to offer you the most fitted solution at the best price, with an optimal flexibility.
Our team is made out of experienced plastics and product engineers that will take on your project as a single partner without any hassle, all this 100% made here in Belgium.

Small series and prototype injection moulding
In our workshop equipped with modern machines we specialise in the manufacture of small series and prototypes. Construction of moulds, parts production and assembly is done here in Belgium to provide optimal flexibility to our clients. By using technology like high speed milling, integrated CAM and servo-hydraulic injection moulding machines we go rapidly from design in 3D to final parts, in-house. Engineering of plastic products
Starting from your idea or problem, we guide you thru the process of development of your product. A start is set by defining the target and specifications and from there on we start the design by the use of CAD, prototyping, simulation and other tools until the product is ready for manufacturing and assembly. Validation to improve results
To improve engineering and manufacturing we believe that validation is important and leads to improved performance, results and lifecycle of a product. In our validation process we use our knowledge and experience in computer simulation, testing, DFMEA, qualification and other techniques.
