Eurocircuits is a specialist in manufacturing and assembling prototypes and small series PCBs. We have over 30 years experience in the PCB industry and manufacture and assemble all PCBs in our factories in Europe.

Assembly services
Eurocircuits assembly service is now used to populate 25% of all the PCB orders we manufacture. And this number is growing. The advantage is clear, you receive your assembled prototypes and/or small series from a single source on an agreed date. And as you would expect our philosophy of Right First Time for Manufacture also applies to PCB assembly service. Many common mistakes, especially in prototype production, where every-day counts, can be avoided from the start and doing so saves time, materials and money. “Right First Time” Manufacturing and Assembly of Your Prototype and Small series PCB’s is our goal. To achieve this, we provide Free to use Online Tools for DRC & DFM checks which we back with our easy to reach Multilingual Customer Support Team. We excel at Order pooling and use this to keep Costs Down. Order pooling is where we combine different orders on the same production panel this maximise the panel usage, thus reducing costs and enables Faster Standard Deliver Terms. All of this helps you deliver your Projects On-Time and within Budget so that they can be the best and most cost-effective on the market.
HDI pool
Eurocircuits’ HDI Pool PCB manufacturing and assembly service enables designers to integrate microvias into their layouts for fine-pitch components, while benefiting from the cost advantages of pooling. More frequently designers are finding that key components — previously available in standard packages — are now only available in very fine pin pitch packages. Whilst this may only apply to one or two components on your PCB it will require complex fan-outs using via in pad (microvias) solutions. Our HDI pool allows you to incorporate these components in your design with the necessary track widths and microvias without making the whole design a high-density interconnect layout. Our pooling prices are based on panel-sharing, while non-pooling prices are calculated using a production panel tailored to the specific options and job. PCBs can be supplied as single circuits or panels.
