Nieuwe Datalogger met OPC UA interface; klaar voor Industrie 4.0
Delphin Technology AG heeft zijn Expert Logger range uitgebreid met het nieuwe type 400; deze is ondermeer voorzien van een OPC UA Client/Server Interface. Daarmee is deze zelfstandig opererende DataLogger optimaal uitgerust voor universele uitwisseling van data in een test / produktie omgeving, en voldoet hiermee aan de protocollen voor Industrie 4.0. De Expert Logger beschikt verder over ProfiBus, ModBus, CAN-bus en seriële poorten. Een PC kan worden aangesloten middels USB, LAN, WLAN of LTE. De nieuwe Expert Logger 400 beschikt over 16 universeel bruikbare, differentiele analoge ingangen voor het meten van mV, mA signalen of alle typen Thermokoppels. Met 24 bits resolutie en een sample snelheid tot 1000 samples per seconde wordt voldoen aan de hoogste eisen voor een datalogger. Tevens kunnen PT100(0) sensoren worden aangesloten in 2-, 3-, of 4-draads configuratie en rekstroken. Voorts zijn beschikbaar 24 schakelbare digitale in- en uitgangen voor flank / fout detectie en alarmgeneratie. Verder zijn 6 analoge uitgangen aanwezig voor regeling en externe aansturing. De Expert Logger is ideaal voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van data-acquisitie unit en voor het automatiseren van testopstellingen. Het monitoren van signalen wordt onafhankelijk uitgevoerd binnen het instrument. Meet data alsmede limiet overschrijdingen kunnen direct worden gecommuniceerd middels de OPC UA interface. Deze interface maakt ook uitwisseling van data mogelijk met PLC systemen, alsmede connectie met PLT systemen. De ProfiSignal Go software, voor visualisatie en grafische analyse, voor standaard bijgeleverd.
