Quality control / Laboratory services
We cherish our independence, especially in quality control. Our laboratory is the place where we double check the quality of products delivered to us for you. Did we receive exactly what you asked for, undamaged and ready for use? No product leaves AQC headquarters before AQL sampling. With our Beuhler grinder polisher we can make sleeves to test the metallurgic and mechanical quality of the pcb’s. A sleeve beautifully shows whether all drill holes are exactly aligned and if IPC norms are met to the letter. It’s a special service our clients appreciate very much. Our preferred factories also use this service for tests during their R & D process. Before launching a new prototype, we all want to be 100% sure of a flawless and consistent performance. An accurate test can make all the difference.
