Key account manager
Role Description This is an on-site role for a KAM based in Riemst. The Key Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensure high levels of satisfaction, and oversee strategic account planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client needs, identifying growth opportunities, creating business plans, providing high-quality customer service, and contributing to achieving company goals. Qualifications • Strong skills in Account Management, focusing on developing and nurturing long-term customer relationships • Demonstrated experience in Business Planning and Key Accounts with the ability to identify business growth opportunities • Proficiency in Customer Service, with an emphasis on maintaining client satisfaction • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment • Experience in the electronics or manufacturing industry is a plus
Operational buyer
There is a vacancy for an extra employee in the purchasing department of ACE-JTC in Riemst, more specifically STOCK MANAGEMENT -PROCUREMENT. What tasks are there within this job: • Identifying material & component needs • Manage material requirements planning • Monitoring stock levels for materials and parts • Placing and following up on orders • Receive ordered goods and check for quantities/quality/price • If problems with delivery (e.g. delay or incomplete) contact supplier and look for solutions + also communicate internally to planning/production • Helping to optimize processes in the field of inventory management What do we wish for the possible candidate: • Experience (couple of years) in supply chain in a production environment • Knowledge of English • Positive attitude • Ability to work in a team • Good in communication & assertive • Stress persistent • Analytical skills The training and guidance is partly done on the job.
