Thanks to us, you gain 100% insight into your product, from external geometry to internal defects. We combine the speed of optical 3D scanning with the depth of X-ray CT to provide the most comprehensive data. Whether it concerns porosity analysis, reverse engineering or quality control: we carry out accurate measurements in our lab or at your site.
If you are already familiar with 3D scanning and reverse engineering, you can also come to us for the purchase of Laserline handheld scanners and tracking systems. In addition, we offer product and software training so that you can get started fully prepared, with both hardware and software. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can provide highly targeted advice and are also able to offer support in various areas.
Products

Quality Inspection
Starting from our 3D scanning services we can also offer personalized inspection templates that visualize the dimensional quality of your parts. We will always combine a graphical report with a spreadsheet, and can further customize upon your needs. In case you have your own scanning equipment we can deliver the templates for a more efficient workflow at your facilities. Or, the other way around, when it's too busy at your production, we can take over some of the workload by making the scans, and/or additional reports, for you.

Reverse Engineering
By scanning your product, we first digitise the existing object, which will be later on converted into a CAD model. Reverse engineering is one of our main services that we offer. Starting from the scandata we always try to stay as close to the actual existing model as possible. This way we can help our customers f.e. setting up a spare part library or creating digital twins.

Handheld 3D Scanning
We can offer precise and high-quality digital measurements thanks to our fully wireless handheld 3D scanners. These scanners can be the ideal starting point for quality control and inspection, but also for reverse engineering and product validation. Not only do we offer services with these systems, but we are also a reseller. As an expert in the field we combine this with customized trainings for both hard- & software.

X-ray CT Scanning
Thanks to our X-ray CT scanning services, which is a non-destructive testing method, we can assist you with porosity analyses, mapping internal defects & hidden features and quick visual inspections. It's the ideal technology to dive deeper into your (assembled) product, whether it's traditionally manufactured or 3D printed. Our newest CT-Scanner also allows us to focus even more on lightweight metals, battery inspection, PCB's,... Together with our customers we define a root cause analysis.

Structured Light 3D Scanning
Thanks to our partially automated scanbox we can efficiently digitize large series or batches. So, when looking for high resolution scan results for one-offs as well as serial inspection, this is our go-to system. Thanks to the adaptable set of lenses we can define the perfect resolution for your specific product or feature which needs to be captured in 3D.

Mobile Laserline 3D Scanning
The NimbleTrack-E Gen 2 can be seen as the smaller version of the TrackScan Sharp-S. It's another fully wireless tracking system which we use for our service measurements, and can also be purchased with us. The tracking distance of this system is limited to +/- 4 meters, which is still fairly big.

Our TrackScan Sharp-S is our biggest fully wireless Tracking System which we use for our service measurements, but can also be purchased with us. With its 8,5m tracking distance it's an ideal laserline system for large parts. Perfectly suited for scanning even truck-sized models.
