How to use the Smart Badge Reader?

You will have received one or more green signs. Place these in a clearly visible spot near the aisle. Any visitor who shows interest can then simply touch the reader with their badge. Green light and beep? Action successful!

The day after the event, you will receive a single e-mail with an overview of all the information collected. You can also find the scanned leads in My Easyfairs at any time.

With the information from the email, you can contact the relevant visitors and provide them with more information or add them to your database. The visitor has also received your details and can contact you themselves.

  • On the visitor’s initiative
  • All exhibitors can distribute their information via the reader (information uploaded to My Easyfairs).
  • No need to talk to visitors; simply install the reader at your stand and they will automatically receive your information.
  • Exhibitors receive a visitor list with data from the registration when visitors scan at your stand.

Preparation: upload as much company information as possible to My Easyfairs. The reader will be delivered to your stand during set-up.

  • Qualify leads by asking questions and taking notes in the app.
