Thermoformed diffuser for The Showcase

Clem supplies diffusers for The Showcase, a device that facilitates the online sale of jewellery and watches. Thanks to high-quality 4K cameras and optimal LED and UV lighting, jewellery and watches are displayed perfectly and in extreme detail, making the online experience equivalent to, or even better than, a physical shopping experience.

The diffusers are manufactured at Clem by thermoforming opal plexiglass specially developed for LED lighting. The moulded parts are then milled on a 5-axis machine, deburred and undergo strict quality control before being packaged for transport to our customer in Switzerland.
