In addition to the theoretical and thermal approach of technology, Telerex also offers facilities for thermal software simulations, product engineering, prototyping, mass production and global deliveries.
Thermal engineering support

These analyses can be done at die, chip, PCB, system and machine level and enable us to make a correct thermal design, complete with placement of the fins, a correct fin-distance and design. As a follow-up to these analyses, we can also validate the first prototypes in our thermal laboratory, using a wind tunnel, IR cameras, climate chambers and more. All these factors influence the ultimate, thermal result that we want to achieve as good and fast as possible.

We can boast from successful thermal applications in the LED market, telecom, broadcasting, machine building, medical sector, armed forces and aviation. Intensive co-engineering and collaboration between Telerex and the customer provide a tangible added value for designers.
