The new coaxial gearmotors from the EVOX CP are the first of a family of gearmotors to be further developed. A wide range of versions, options and engine technologies mean that the EVOX CP can be adapted to every machine need. The series will soon be expanded with versions for specific markets. In the future, the family will be expanded with helical and shaft-mounted gearboxes in higher capacities.
Technical features
The EVOX CP series is an easy-to-clean coaxial motor gearbox with a smooth surface and high torque density. Optimally shaped gears ensure silent operation and a low oil temperature. Depending on the selected transmission ratio, the gear unit consists of two or three reduction stages.
Thanks to standardized dimensions, the EVOX is easily interchangeable with gear units from other manufacturers. Seven different build sizes are available with foot or flange mounting. The output shaft is available in metric or inch dimensions, optionally provided with an output mounting flange. A solid input shaft or an IEC or NEMA motor flange connection is also available. Thanks to industry-standard mounting dimensions, no machine-side adjustments need to be made when replacing a different gear unit manufacturer.
