Bodywork for Zeal Runner warehouse robot (winner IF Design Award 2025)

Clem supllies the plastic housing components for the Zeal Runner, an autonomous mobile robot that works with warehouse personnel to streamline order processing and goods transportation. By significantly reducing walking distances and physical strain, it improves accessibility and job satisfaction. With superior load capacity and precise navigation, the Zeal Runner sets a new benchmark in warehouse automation.

Clem manufactures the Zeal Runner housing parts in ABS, a versatile thermoplastic polymer that is widely used in thermoforming due to its durability, impact resistance and ease of processing.
After thermoformation, Clem mills the parts and attaches them to metal structures that allow for quick and easy mounting on the chassis of this robot. This pre-assembly at Clem ensures that the housing is delivered to the client perfectly ready to fit.
