For Billards Toulet – a market leader in luxury gaming tables – Clem produces custom-made plastic components for their line of premium pool and foosball tables.

These sleek outer shells are vacuum formed in ABS/PMMA, combining the robust mechanical qualities of ABS with the glossy, high-end finish of PMMA. Perfect for shaping – and perfect for standing out.

And since we’re talking large-scale here, we’re not using just any machine – we bring in the biggest vacuum forming machine in our shop, capable of handling parts up to 4 x 2.8 meters.

Each table is unique – tailored to the client’s specifications. Color selection? Of course. Built-in lighting? Check. Optional covers to convert it into a dining table or desk? Absolutely. Even table lamps and custom accessories are part of the offer.

And to deliver on that promise, we use every technique we have in-house:
