Standard extrusion profiles are available in widths from 15 to 400 mm due to the close cooperation between Telerex and MeccAl.
Thanks to our extensive and high technology CNC machine park, we can meet demands and/ or modifications for almost every heatsink. Telerex can also provide you with the right TIMs (Thermal Interface Materials) and clip technologies for your production efficiency.
We are also in possession of various high-tech production techniques such as TIG + MIG welding and FSW. This means we are able to connect multiple heatsinks to standard widths of 900mm. Cooling tunnel profiles are also available and/ or can be fitted with fans and other components as a sub-assembly. Furthermore are brazing, bounding and anodising day-to-day processes.
