VIRO is an open and progressive engineering firm: we help our clients to successfully combine technology, ambition, innovation, and performance. We specialise in product engineering, mechanical engineering and industrial projects. Our focus in these areas is on engineering and project management. Using a powerful combination of expertise and experience, we help our clients to push back boundaries and improve performance. We operate internationally from our offices in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
Products
Product Engineering
The Product Engineering department works in many market segments, both for R&D departments and for the further development of existing products. For example, we work for the Automotive sectors, Aerospace and Wind Energy. In addition to Mechanical Product Development, this business unit also has an Engineering Analysis and Routing department. The Engineering Analysis department has extensive experience in areas such as: Finite Element Modelling (FEM), Multi-Domain/ -Physics Systems (1D), Multibody Dynamics (MBD), Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Noise, Vibration, Harshness ( NVH), … The Routing department deals with the integration of cabling not only the electrical/signal part, but also its integration into the machine/vehicle.
Mechanical engineering
Mechanical engineering covers a broad spectrum of activities within numerous market segments. From assembly and test installations, production tools for packaging lines, to machines for the precision mechanical industry and offshore equipment. In all market segments we can offer our customers a total solution in the field of project management, multidisciplinary engineering, and turnkey projects.
Industrial Projects
Within industrial projects, the translation is made from customer processes to functional installations. Project management, multidisciplinary expertise and a broad knowledge of process-related and labour-related risk analyses are among the core components of our project approach. We also have an inspection and inspection department. The projects are carried out for the chemical and petrochemical industry, pharmaceuticals, paper and food industry, infrastructure, energy, waste processing and water sectors.
