Trinocular Microscope 4K-Ultra Camera
The E-Series offers higher magnification than standard models, enabling high-resolution observation of small features. Improved aberration correction provides bright and sharp images throughout the entire field. The parallel optics allow ergonomic accessories and observation attachments for various applications.
Soldering Station i-CON VARIO 4
The i-CON VARIO 4 MK2 is perfectly suited for all SMT und PTH soldering applications in electronic production, rework and touch-up as well es in R&D. Our Smans Academy contains process-related training in cable and wire processing and electronics assembly. With the emphasis on the process and not on the machine. The training courses are not limited to a specific brand or product, but revolve around the process. Whether you are a machine operator or process engineer, we have appropriate training for every profile. No prior knowledge is required. The basic training courses are suitable for non-technically trained people and help your company to fill vacancies more easily. Various topics are included in the training offering: - Basic principles of cable & wire processing - Basics of SMD assembly - Manual soldering - PCB Selective soldering - Basics of soldering - etc.. Thanks to these training courses, your employees will learn to deal better with daily challenges and ensure a high-quality end product every day. The courses can be given in our Technology Center in Turnhout or at your company. Both theory and practice are discussed extensively.
Manual Pick & Place Machine LM901
Manual placement machine. The LM901 is the entry-level model in our modular systems. In addition to the features of the LM900, it can be equipped with spindle brakes, dispensers, and optical support systems for component placement. The LM901 handles the entire dispensing/placement process, from supplying solder paste or adhesive to placing standard, fine-pitch, or BGA components.
