BeaciniX: smart Beacon for indoor and harsh environment applications
NiniX Technologies has developed a smart Beacon that remains effective and reliable in harsh environments. The BeaciniX is capable of track devices even underground. The BeaciniX modules are small transmitters that detect nearby mobile devices. When detected the BeaciniX sends relevant information a control device allowing the location the mobile device to be found with accuracy. For example, in a museum, BeaciniX can display the position of all employees on a map. The BeaciniX has a minimum battery life of 20 years and do not require external power supply, or network cabling.
