VCL is a non-profit organization founded in 1975 through a joint initiative of employers and employees, specializing in fast and customized training for welders.
Currently, our 3 key activities are:
Rapid and customized training for metal welders, followed by qualification.
Training and qualification of polyethylene welders for water and gas distribution.
Training and qualification of steel pipeline coaters for underground pipelines.
Our specialty lies in tailored training, focused on the skills required for welders to increase their efficiency within their company.
Some other regular activities of VCL include providing advice on welding techniques to companies and weekly qualification of welders according to European and/or American standards.
The demand for highly qualified welders will remain a constant in the future as well. Therefore, VCL is also committed to supporting schools and teachers in welding through training, specific projects for schools, welding competitions, and the evaluation of welded pieces by students at school.
