Technopolis was founded in 2000 as the first hands-on science & technology centre in Flanders. Since then, Technopolis has become a popular destination for a very wide audience. This also makes it the ideal place for companies to present their research, innovation and modern technology. To this day, Technopolis remains unique in Flanders.
Meanwhile, Technopolis is far from being found only in Mechelen, but everywhere you look: at events, in schools, in cultural centres… and -not to be forgotten- online.
