Tech Lane
This year, we’re focusing more on the visitor experience. Find out at the entrance which innovations are being showcased by the following exhibitors.
MPR&S - AR Cleaning Tool:smart support for cleanroom cleaning
The AR Cleaning Tool offers a powerful way to significantly improve cleanroom cleaning. Using Augmented Reality (AR), the tool supports operators at every stage of the cleaning process.
The application combines AR-based training, including interactive, visual instructions for correct cleaning procedures, with real-time guidance via overlays such as instructions, warnings and checklists. In addition, the tool supports quality control through visual inspections using AR overlays.
AQC - High-Reliability Flex-Rigid Technology
The flex-rigid solution combines flexibility and rigidity in a single integrated printed circuit board, largely eliminating the need for traditional connectors and cables. This results in more compact designs, greater reliability and more efficient assembly processes. By utilising advanced manufacturing techniques and high-quality materials, AQC offers a solution that can withstand mechanical stress, vibrations and complex shapes. Ideal for applications where space, weight and reliability are crucial, such as in the high-tech industry, medical equipment and automotive systems.
Beckhoff Automation - The EtherCAT plug-in modules
Beckhoff’s EtherCAT-based EJ system offers machine builders and OEMs a faster, more streamlined path to series production by replacing custom control cabling with a pluggable, production-ready I/O platform. Machine-specific cabling and connectors are housed on a simple signal distribution board, whilst tried-and-tested EJ EtherCAT modules provide deterministic, high-speed I/O with integrated diagnostics and TwinCAT safety. When a function is truly unique, the same EJ backplane can house your custom electronics alongside standard modules, allowing you to standardise the majority of the system and customise only what sets your machine apart. The result: a smaller footprint, faster assembly, fewer errors, simpler maintenance and easier variant management.
DPTechnics - 4G/5G energy-harvesting IoT sensor gateway
This sensor contains no batteries and can be installed anywhere in the world. Thanks to integrated solar panels combined with hybrid supercapacitors, the sensor never needs recharging and has a virtually infinite lifespan. Measurements are transmitted several times an hour via the 4G or 5G network.
Faulhaber - FAULHABER BXI designed for the robotics of the future
The BXI represents the latest generation of drive technology, offering the ideal dimensions and functionality for modern robotics. It is FAULHABER’s most powerful integrated drive system to date, specifically designed to meet the demands of advanced robotic applications.
Batenburg Applied Technologies -Custom HMI hardware from Batenburg, future-proof and developed in collaboration with the OEM
By focusing strongly on the application itself, Batenburg Applied Technologies develops scalable, future-proof solutions that are precisely tailored to the intended application. This approach ensures optimal integration, high reliability and excellent performance in practice, without compromising on product lifespan.
The HMI hardware on display is a co-creation with an OEM in the food industry. It demonstrates how previously used standard components can be phased out and replaced by optimised, future-proof solutions that fully meet the technical and mechanical requirements of the application.
Pilipili - μDrillPro for Almax easylab Intelligent EDM Drilling
In collaboration with Almax Easylabs, Pilipili has developed an advanced EDM drilling machine for laboratory use, a device that performs flawlessly in a world where precision down to five-thousandths of a millimetre counts. The μDrillPro is designed for drilling gaskets that are subsequently used in high-pressure diamond cells for scientific materials research. The innovation lies not only in the mechanical refinement, but also in the optical positioning and a user interface that feels intuitive, even in such a high-tech application.
Essentra Components - PCR in colour
Post-consumer recycled (PCR) material consists of items such as cardboard, newspapers and plastic bottles. The new PCR products from Essentra Components, a supplier of essential industrial components, offer a more sustainable solution without compromising on performance.
