Laboratoria De Nayer v.z.w., ontstaan in 1976, biedt test- en certificeringsdiensten aan industriële fabrikanten van elektrische en elektronische producten.
Wij helpen productmanagers en ontwikkelaars bij het maximaliseren van EMC, veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van hun producten en het verkrijgen van volledige naleving van richtlijnen die geldig zijn in specifieke regio's in de wereld. Testing - EMC
EMC and RED directives require compliance with Electromagnetic compatibility in order to sell electrical and electronic products in Europe. Labo De Nayer supports a broad range of civil, telecom, military, space and automotive standards and offers a diversity of full compliant test rooms, and could even support flexible engineering measurements on site. We can offer 2 x 3 meter semi-anechoic rooms, 1 x 3m full-anechoic room, a 10 meter semi-anechoic room, and a reverberation chamber.
Testing - Mechanical
To respond to legal or customer imposed requirements for increased product reliability, we simulate a range of mechanical stress types. “You make it, we shake it” applies to any consumer market product, intra package equipment or even a satellite part. One way of detecting product failure is by tracing shifts in measured resonance frequencies.
Electrical Safety
LVD - Safety Labo De Nayer offers safety testing services and consultancy to ensure your product will meet the essential requirements of the European Low Voltage Directive (LVD). Next to IT equipment, we are acquiring accreditation for safety assessments offered for a broad range of electrical products including medical devices, household appliances, etc.

Testing - Clima
Will your product reliably withstand varying climatic conditions during operation or transportation? Our climatic testing services reveal the likelihood of performance loss or permanent damage under simulated climatic conditions (e.g. temperature, humidity, pressure variations, thermal shock). We are equipped with climatic chambers of different cell sizes.
