This non-toxic pickling paste has an identical performance to the toxic pickling pastes. Packaged without skulls, without hydrofluoric acid and a less strong odor. When applied correctly, it will not drip, even when the pickling paste is applied to vertical surfaces.

The products in this latest line are available in pickling paste, spray pickling, passivation liquid and pickling bath liquid. The speed of action is almost the same as that of regular pickling products. The end result is identical.
Why pickling?
After welding, it is essential to pickle stainless steel to prevent corrosion. Shake before use. You apply the paste with a pickling brush.
Post-treatment of stainless steel after pickling paste
After pickling, the treated object must be sprayed with water using a high-pressure sprayer. After this, the skin layer of the object will repassivate naturally for 48 hours. If during this process the skin layer comes into contact with chlorides or foreign iron particles, corrosion will occur. To prevent this, the user can choose to passivate the stainless steel object directly. With the PAL-1000 Stainless Steel Passivation Liquid – NON TOXIC this can be done within one minute after rinsing with water. The PAL-1000 also does not generate contaminated waste water.
Pickling paste regulations
You should wear rubber gloves, a full face mask and protective clothing at all times when using this product. Follow the safety instructions as stated on the packaging. Ensure adequate ventilation.
