We use additive manufactured (3D-printed) cavity tool parts. With these high-quality printed tools, we can manufacture up to 100 injection molded products within a lead time of 10 days. The number of parts that can be manufactured, strongly depends on the complexity of the product and the choice of the injection molding material. The materials that we can offer are: PP, PE, ABS, PS and several elastomers.
