During hand laser welding, welding is done with laser light instead of electricity. Max Photonics’ latest generation has a highly accurate laser control system, stable laser quality and a power range of 1000 to 1500 watts. The portable laser welding machine is designed to meet safety standards, save energy and relieve the environment.

The MA1-series is easy to operate and learn with a 7-inch LED touchscreen. This allows you, as a novice welder, to produce high-quality, consistent welds. The Max Photonics has a light welding torch of only 680 grams. This makes long-term use possible. With the built-in ‘wobble’ function and the laser system, weld widths of 4.0 mm can be achieved with smooth weld seams. Laser welding with the MA1-series is up to 80% more energy efficient compared to other methods. The ‘single-mode’ technology increases the energy density, allowing higher welding speeds.
