Description

The smoke and fumes that arise during manual laser welding are different from traditional welding processes. AER service has designed a special smoke extraction system for this purpose, which also filters out the finer evaporated particles for a healthy hand laser welding environment.

Characteristics:

Digital control panel with language selection, hour meter, alarm
log and clogged filter alarm.
4 filter stages: spark arrestor filter + cartridge + two-stage active
carbon filter (10 kg).
The unit comes with built-in wheels, ready to use.
Suitable for dry vapors – not suitable for oily vapours.
Not suitable for use in potentially hazardous areas.

Options:

Extraction arm Ø 160 mm with hood and manual shutter.
Automatic start and stop.
Driving power or 220V
