For ventilation, refreshment and cooling, 2 EC roof fans were chosen – energy-efficient fans based on EC technology. In addition to substances, gases are also released during the welding work. The roof fans primarily ensure the discharge of one third of the filtered air in which the gases are still present. In the summer period, the production area is cooled back at night with cool outside air thanks to the roof fans.
The FM units for extraction and filtering can be used in areas with medium to heavy welding activity. They are easy to install (plug & play) and move. The filters are cleaned automatically with compressed air blasts. These special Nano-web filters are more resistant to the combination of grease and welding fumes than standard filters and therefore have a longer service life.
