At the end of 2022, Widek will start using a new, larger factory hall. In addition to bicycle bells, children’s seats, straps and handles are produced here by means of injection moulding.
LUTEC guarantees the HVAC total solution for the CNC production area. An injection molding facility has been realized in the new factory hall with production machines and a sustainable cooling system for more efficient injection moulding.

Industrial Climate Control (HVAC)
The intelligent control controls the central air treatment, the adiabatic cooling package and the room temperature. The four automatically closing roof hoods ensure heat dissipation.
The piping system is made of spiral-seamed, Sendzimir galvanized sheet steel, suitable for the calculated negative pressure. The diameters of the pipe are dimensioned in such a way that an optimal air speed is guaranteed.
In the middle of the hall, at the height of the row of columns, various special displacement grilles have been installed. Here the air is introduced at a very low air speed (without draught), with which it will spread. The heat is discharged upwards and, depending on the temperatures measured at that time, either discharged outside or reused to heat the ventilation air.
