Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for analyzing/reviewing drawings and technical specifications of customer projects to assess costs and prepare/review quotations.
You will compare the components proposed by the customer and review their availability, price, lifetime, … analyze whether it is not more reasonable to use other components if necessary, and propose alternatives.
Calculate production start-up costs, and work with production managers to integrate new production into the already planned schedule.
You will work closely with the engineering and design teams to understand project requirements and propose cost-effective solutions while complying with current standards and regulations.
Your profile:
The ideal candidate will have previous experience and is mature, practical, as rigourous than meticulous but is, above all, perceptive and has a good understanding of the world of electronics.
Excellent knowledge of two languages (NL-FR-EN) is required.
Preferably, you have experience as a buyer or have developed sales sense.
