Some key responsibilities:
– Identify client requirements through ideation and prioritization techniques, translating them into tangible goals for the technical team.
– Create task backlogs, manage resource planning, timelines, and budgets.
– Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and technical experts.
– Safeguard user, technical, legal, ethical, security, and other requirements.
– Pitch solutions effectively and adjust complex technical messaging for diverse audiences.
– Probe clients for additional opportunities and adapt to agile methodologies.
– Develop project documentation and facilitate post-project meetings to establish takeaways.
– Coach squad members and ensure clear responsibilities and quality delivery on projects.
Job requirements:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in native-English and/or native-Dutch (French is a plus).
– Master’s degree or equivalent experience required, with a focus on AI and ML solutions.
– Knowledgeable in the data science lifecycle and major challenges, capable of offering advice in this area.
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in IT, with a strong track record in managing data- or IT-projects.
– Proficient in agile project management methodologies and tools.
– Ability to understand and refine client requirements, hold team members accountable, and take responsibility for the work.
– Flexible, curious, and willing to embrace change for improvement.
Following experiences are a plus:
– Familiarity with data processing and machine learning.
– Experience in corporate environments in similar positions.
– Proficiency in languages such as Python, R, JavaScript, Spark, Scala, Java, or C++.
– Basic understanding of cloud concepts and tools, with experience in AWS and Azure considered advantageous.
– Experience in mentoring and leading multidisciplinary teams.
– Experience in one of our focus industries: Manufacturing, FSI, Healthcare.
