Some key responsibilities:
– Assume the position of tech lead on projects, guiding ML and Software Development colleagues through technical and client-related aspects.
– Propel the company’s technical prowess internally, enhancing offerings to clients.
– Comprehend business needs and convert them into comprehensive technical solutions and designs.
– Support AI Project Managers in customer-facing communication, aiding in internal development planning.
– Investigate latest machine learning research and lead integration of innovative tools and frameworks.
– Ensure high-standard completion of team projects.
– Provide technical mentorship to junior ML engineers.
– Conduct client workshops to showcase expertise.
– Assist the sales team in qualifying and securing new projects.
Job requirements:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in native-English or native-Dutch (French is a plus).
– Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
– Extensive experience with NLP libraries (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, Transformers).
– Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Experience with cloud computing platforms (Microsoft Azure is a plus).

– Proven track record of developing and deploying scalable machine learning models.
– Publications in relevant AI/ML conferences and journals.
– Experience with LLM and Foundational Models.
