Some key responsibilities:
– Proactively identifying new leads and customer needs for AI consultants through various channels such as cold-calling, industry bulletin boards, job boards, and social media.
– Managing client relationships and staying updated on industry trends to seize new opportunities for presenting AI consultants.
– Talent identification through creative methods including talent mapping, social media, job boards, networking events, referrals, and direct sourcing.
– Supporting recruitment peers by pre-screening and assessing candidates during busy periods.
– Advising clients and candidates on open positions, interviewing abilities, and interview best practices.

Job requirements:
– Proven experience in recruitment or consulting, preferably in the tech industry (AI experience is a plus).
– Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
– Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
– Excellent interviewing skills and ability to assess candidates’ potential.
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Following experiences are a plus:
– Passion and understanding of business development and recruitment.
– Exceptional people and networking skills.
– Confidence in identifying and pursuing top talent.
– 5+ years of combined experience in business development, relationship management, and recruitment, ideally with significant 360° desk experience.
– Familiarity with data processing and machine learning.
– Knowledge of labor law, payroll processes, compensation & benefits.
– International experience, particularly focused on Europe (primarily BE, NL, or FR).
– Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
– Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
