- Conduct strategic market research across various sectors.
- Call potential customers (prospects) to explore and identify their needs.
- Gather and register additional lead information.
- Log and manage leads in our CRM system.
- Pass on sales-accepted leads to the sales team for follow-up.
- Monitor the Lead Management process.
- Follow up with existing customers after events.
