Account Manager

As an Account manager at Infinite Simulation Systems (Breda), you have (software) sales experience and will develop your knowledge of various engineering simulation challenges in the high-tech manufacturing industry. You are responsible for developing your own group of customers that are using a specific set of Ansys simulation solutions. You deal with your potential and existing customers, actively work with them in considering their questions, and offer a suitable Ansys software solution and service.

Your Mission
– You are responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities with your own customer group and a specific set of Ansys simulation solutions.
– You approach existing and potential customers in many interesting sectors such as mechanical engineering, automotive, aerospace, high-tech, off-shore, shipbuilding, medical industry and civil engineering.
– Through regular contact with your smaller customers, you nourish their needs with your excellent communication skills and your structured approach.
– You go through the entire sales process; from first lead, mapping the customer needs, creating a solution mapping, drawing up a quotation to concluding the sales agreement. Your biggest accounts have your dedicated attention through regular meetings and live visits. This way you ensure that the pipeline is filled on a continuous basis and you actively edit it.
– In addition, you participate enthusiastically and motivated in trade fairs, seminars, networking and other marketing and sales activities.

Your Superpowers
– You have at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical direction (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, construction …) or a bachelor’s degree combined with strong technical knowledge and affinity.
– Experience with the sale of software solutions, or relevant experience within a technical sales environment is a great advantage.
– If you have an understanding of (software) engineering and/or knowledge of the manufacturing industry, that is a clear asset.
– You combine smooth communication and presentation, both in Dutch and English, with keen technical-commercial interest, high willingness to service our customers and a structured work method.
– You like to achieve successes in a team and also achieve your results independently.
– Finally, you have a strong sense of responsibility, you maintain an overview and you proactively contribute to the expansion of our growing organization.
