You have a Master’s degree in Product Development or Industrial Design.
You are passionate about industrial design and you monitor the latest trends closely.
You are interested in the technical aspects of product development, such as mechanics, mechatronics, materials and production techniques.
You have the reflex to always put the end user first throughout the entire development process.
You have a good knowledge of software tools such as CAD drawing packages (Solidworks, Creo or similar), Adobe CC and rendering packages (Keyshot or similar).
You are good designer, you can sketch in a communicative way and are not hesitant to build models or mock-ups when necessary.
You have a strong problem-solving capacity
You have good communication skills, both written and oral, and you can use these in a professional context
You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English
You are easy going and feel at home in a young and dynamic team
You like to consult with clients and thanks to your good presentation skills, you can easily communicate your ideas
You can think along with suppliers to come up with the most optimal (technical) and producible solutions.
In the long term, you can autonomously manage your projects at the technical-content level by coordinating the right people and resources.
You take pride in your work and will do everything to achieve the best possible result.
You are able to challenge the requirements and wishes of the client in order to arrive at the best possible solutions.
Experience with plastics and injection molding is a plus.
